About Us

Our Company

We are a locally owned company that was founded in 2006. We are a full service Home Care company that is accredited by CHAP and certified by Medicare and Medicaid. We strive to restore the health of each client served and we do our very best to maximize their level of independence. We have compassionate staff with proven skills and integrity to deliver the highest standard of care. We are continuously striving to be the very best in Home Health Care and in customer service.

Our highly skilled competent staff initiates the client's treatment by conducting a comprehensive assessment that accurately reflects the client's health status and then work with the client's doctor to develop a plan of care tailored to the client's needs.

Independence is our priority. We strive to restore the health of each client served and maximize their level of independence. We consistently and compassionately pursue perfection in everything that we do because our clients deserve the best in Home Health Care.

We also participate in the Advantage Program. The Advantage Program of the Home-and Community-Based Services provides Medicaid services to help people stay at home instead of going to a nursing home. The program assists frail elders and adults who have physical disabilities.  We offer both Personal Care and Case Management.

Personal Care/Private Duty

The Personal Care Program is a program that helps people with long-term disabilities live independently at home. The program allows members to receive services to help with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, exercising, taking medications, and moving about inside the home.

Case Management

Case Management uses a collaborative process to assess, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate the options and services designed to meet an individuals needs. Through this process, individuals served are encouraged to make informed decisions about their care and encouraged to move toward progressive independence.
